That's right. I've now lost 83 percent of my total pregnancy weight gain and Lily is now 3 months old. Yahoo!!! I've got 8 more pounds to lose before you guys no longer have to look at my annoying ticker anymore. Of course, like Ashley said on her blog, things aren't quite as tight as they once were, I'm afraid most of my muscle has turned to fat. I guess I'll have to work on that once we get into our new house.
Now it's story time. Man I'm a great mom! I've been able to let the kids play outside since the snow has melted off and it's been like 50 degrees all week. It's been so nice, scooters have come out and snow suits have finally been put away. I'm a huge fan of winter and snow, but I've got to say, things aren't quite as crazy inside the house when I can kick them outside for a few hours to run around. So today they were playing like usual and I was in the kitchen cleaning up and playing around on the laptop at the dining room table where I can see the entire back yard perfectly. I'm letting our coolers air out and the kids were playing right by them with their peddle car when Lauren came running inside yelling that she needed a wrench then franticly ran up stairs and started digging around in the toy box. She is the biggest drama queen I've ever met so I didn't pay too much attention to her then, but after a few minutes I noticed Ethan was nowhere to be seen. I went outside to see where he was and heard muffled crying. It freaked me out for a second until I noticed the ice box was locked. I knew instantly. So I let me poor son out of the ice box Lauren had accidently locked him in and held him for several minutes while he asked why his sister had done that. I told him she didn't mean to and that once she had turned the lock she couldn't figure out how to open it back up. I told him she was trying to fix it and that it was my fault for not paying enough attention. Poor kid. When we came inside I yelled up stairs to Lauren that I had gotten Ethan out. She came pouting down the stairs looking at me like she was about to cry and saying sorry to her brother. I felt pretty bad, even if I was trying not to laugh too hard.

Good job on your fat ticker. Pretty soon you and I will no longer be able
to be friends.;)
That is scary for poor Ethan. Kids always manage to do stuff like that...it is scary the little buggers!
