Ten Years Ago:
I was in 9th grade, a straight A student, best friends with Alysha Smith(miss her!), in the Bel Conto choir which I LOVED. Mrs. Goodrich had been my music teacher since Kindergarten and I had always looked forward to being in Bel Conto if I could make it, and I did! Not the best singer, but I do just fine in a choir. I was working part time at Bell’s Book Store and taking piano lessons. I also had my night license and was about to get my first ghetto car, an 87’ Pontiac Bonneville, as opposed to my second even more ghetto car, an 89’ Pontiac Bonneville with leather automatic seats, automatic windows, a sunroof, a wing(yup), and let's not forget the ground effects. Did I mention I’m a white blue eyed blond? I looked like a gangsta, but that’s my dad, and I didn’t have very much money and could hardly say no to a $900.00 car. My father-in-law might remember this car as the one he had to break into after I locked myself out for the 50th time the first time I met him. I also had a discount price with the lock smith.
Five things I’ve done today:
1. Took the kids to playgroup
2. Cleaned up around the house
3. Balanced our checking account
4. Worked out on the Bow Flex
5. Nursed Lily about 50 times as she’s on a nurse-a –thon
What would I do if I became a millionaire
Only 1 million: Write a check for $100,000.00 to the Nampa 8th Ward. Pay off my house, have Brett quit his job and go to school full time for a semester and finish up, possibly go straight on to the master's degree. Take a fun vacation, and save the rest.
Many millions: Write a check for X amount of 100,000 to the Nampa 8th Ward. Make me and my immediate family members rich, go to school, have a prime rib dinner ALONE! With Brett of course. Save a ton, and buy new clothes, I never really get around to doing that. Oh, and get a boob job, goodbye size ridiculous, hello size c!!! And get Lasik surgery done for me and Brett, I’m sick of having 20/800 vision.
Five jobs I’ve had:
1. Bell’s Book Store
2. Sears
3. Target
4. Dell
5. Twin Cinema 12
Five snacks I enjoy:
1. Chocolate by far my favorite
2. Cheese
3. Almonds(mostly with chocolate)
4. Fruit of any kind
5. Hummus, ha! Just kidding, nasty, ummm… I like chocolate milk, Am I seeing a trend here?
Places I’ve lived:
1. Twin Falls
2. Buhl
3. Eden
4. Middleton
5. Nampa
What can I say, I’m a small town girl and I like it. Except maybe stinky Buhl. Okay, Eden sucked, too.
Now I tag Jan my sis-in-law, Jessy my neice, and Alli.

Brady goes to a speech therapist at Valley Therapies. He used to go to Primary therapy, but the speech therapist there left. We miss him! The new one he has is really nice, but I knew the other guy so it helped. I love you tag, good to read new things about people. jana
I like "Good bye size ridiculous!"...haha you make me laugh. I also would get Lasix!!...I am so over contacts!;)
Chocolate is good. Haha...your hummus comment made me laugh...although we like hummus...but is was funny anyhow.
Okay, I must not get it. You said you tagged me, but I apparently don't know what I'm suppose to do.
You are so funny. I would love lasik and a boob job as well. I too love chocolate, like most of the women out there, unfortunetly I can't have any while nursing because it makes Mckenna extremely upset.
Amen to chocolate. We need to hang out. Move back. Okay, it's settled. See ya soon.
What is it we used to pig out on? Chocolate chip cookie dough and chili? You really do need to come up here, visit your siter and then come play with us.
Alright so Brad and I are dying laughing. We would love for you to have lasik (sP) surgery, so we don't have to fight for our lives riding in a car with you. The boob thing. Cheri you crack me up! I miss you guys!!! Love ya give the kids loves from us!
Hi Cheri! I found you browsing someone's blog. I can't remember. You're baby is beautiful. This is funny stuff to read about you. Glad things are working out great in Nampa. Hey, I just realized we lived 2 blocks away from you in 6th ward, then 1 block away in 16th, I wonder if the house next door to you is for sale. We seem to follow you. JK I think we are stuck in T.F. for the rest of our lives. It's fun to see your family again. Take care, Laurie
