It's taken me a while, but I think I've got it just about right. I just had to mix about 5 different chocolate chip recipes to get to these.
1 Tbls. vanilla
2 large eggs
2 3/4 C. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
about 2 or 2 1/2 C. chocolate chips
3/4 C. sugar
3/4 C. brown sugar
1 1/2-1 3/4 sticks butter
Mix it up!
Spray cookie sheets.
Bake exactly 10 minutes at 375 degrees.
And like Brett says, they're even better the next day.
sidenote: According to caloriecount.about.com, if you make 40 cookies out of it, each cookie is right at about 143 calories per cookie. I gave a LOT of these away. Along with a nice bit of dough to my fellow cookie dough lover, Dad.
