The New Neighborhood

We were informed that there is fog pretty much every morning until around 11am, but this is the pretty view we have waken up to about 50% of our three weeks here so far.
This is our little house tucked away into the rest of them. It's cozy, and best of all, it's clean. Much better than the cat pee-smelling, flee infested trash house that was our other option.
This is the view across the street. Love the different kinds of palm trees they have everywhere here.
Down that way is a walk way that leads to the adorable little shopping area across from our neighborhood.
So far we like it here. It feels safe and it's tidy. The kids school is walking distance away and our ward at church is fantastic about letting us feel welcome. We've been invited to several dinners and FHE and activities, so we haven't felt as lonely as we had thought we would. Plus, the kids are adjusting to their new school great! They already have new besties, Ethan's being Jordan, the girl next door. I'm just hoping there aren't any secret crushes forming there. He's too young yet, right???
