We got away

We first got lost on our way to the air force base museum and ended up here in the fabulous Roy "Museum," where the only thing creepier than the obsessive rodeo queen montage was the Roy museum curator. A line from Pshyco comes to mind every time I think about him, "Ahhhhhhh!!!"

Since there wasn't much that made me go "Ooooh," I decided to document all the things that made me either stop dead and stare, or that gave me the ebbie jebbies.

First up, since it's the fist thing you see as you walk in, the incredible electric perm machine! It's almost as cool as the electric showers they have in Bolivia.

I walked up to this thinking, "Now this one isn't so bad." Then I looked closer.

Oh no, that's not what I think it is.

Oh, yes. Yes it is. I tried very hard not to think about what went into this. In accordance with the sign, I did in fact keep my hands off the thing into which a man's, um, well, I kept my hands off.

These are at the top of my "things to collect" list; I don't know about you.

Wow, only in Utah.

And the whole things to pee in theme went on.

And on.

Until we got to the super creepy rodeo queen display. Down below are even more creepy look alike things of her. I personally think the Roy curator had something to do with this.

Down in the basement though was a real gem, because, you know, We totally fought the Nazi's in Utah. Hail Hitler!

However, eventually we did go the right way and made it to the air force base.
I didn't tell them to do that, they're naturally cheesy.

They all had to stand by the Audrey plane just for Grandma Audrey.
This actually does make sense. This plane really did fight in WWII.

Here is the coolest place possible to ride in an air plane.

We woke up at Brad and Jen's after sleeping in past 9. These two decided not to wake up until past ten. They looked so sweet that I had to get a picture.

Next time I get around to posting I'll put up pictures from our down town Salt Lake tour with the kids.

I'm also happy that even though I didn't have the best diet on our trip, I've now made it down into the 120's again! Only 9 more pounds to go until I hit my pre-Tyler weight. I've got 3 1/2 months to get there, can I do it? Hmmm...

Your kids are so cute Cheri! I can't believe how skinny you are either- I wasn't even that thin when I knew you as a teenager ( :
You can make your goal- you seem very goal oriented!

All I can say is wow!! That museum should be in a museum. Your babies are to die for cute. Thinking of having a fourth makes me cry. You are one tough mom.

Thank you Susie! I appreciate the vote of confidence.
And Steph, I lost my mind a long time ago so I'm not tough, just nuts.
