Bear Lake, Father's Day, misc...

I don't want to have to do a separate post for all this, so I'm jumbling it together.
Our Father's Day here was very wet.

We refused to let it get us down and bbq'd anyway. I did get a shot of the kids with their super man. He's even wearing the hand print Father's Day shirt the kids made for him, though you can't see it. I could not be happier with the dad my kids get to have. I hope they know just how lucky they are to have him.

Lauren gettin' down with her inner ballet thug. And you can see my on-going kitchen table/chair project in the back ground. One more chair to go!
This was our first trip ever to Bear Lake. The drive was beautiful but unfortunately the weather wasn't good enough to play on the beach for more than just a few minutes.
The storm was pretty fun to watch though.
We finally stopped by the Twin Falls Museum. We've been meaning to for years. It was actually better than the Roy museum. They have a pretty fantastic bug collection and some of their display cases are to die for! I would love to have then in my house.
Can you imagine paving a road with this thing? Wow.

Side note: My most hated chore.

I HATE to do my hair. Hate it. Every day I drag my feet about it and every day I have to go out in public making it mandatory. I don't like doing things like dishes, or wiping down the table, but dislike of doing my hair is on a whole different level. Today I washed it and blow dried it. Good enough. I don't know why I'm sharing this other than I've been irritated about it all day. I do like to look nice but the time and monotony of doing it every day is just so irritating! I think I need to chop it A-line style and really short again. I don't have the patience for long hair.
